OUR MISSION

We develop a community through fitness, nutrition and personal development. We harvest our community members at their unique fitness levels and improve their fitness through Consistently Varied, Functional Movement executed at High Intensity.

ABOUT US

OUR PURPOSE

The needs of the common participant and the elite athlete differ in degree, not kind. Our purpose is to discover the individual goals and needs of our members and use our programming to improve all members work capacity across broad modal and time domains. We assess improvements by tracking progress of each member and by monitoring their general physical preparedness to accomplish a variety of functional movements. We strive to develop a community surrounding the goal of physical and personal development. We desire to grow the box with an investment in each member and the development of strong leaders from within the community. Much like a forge, our purpose is simply stated as the refinement of a base material into a more usable and functional product.

We commit to respecting each member, forging new friendships and collectively breaking down barriers. We find commonality in our most basic desire for community and improvement.
