BODY FIT

There are many who desire to improve their fitness in group classes that are well structured and encouraging. They have heard about CrossFit and seen the constant Facebook posts of their friends who have tried it but have reservations about jumping into into a CrossFit class. The idea of using heavy Barbells in complex Olympic and Power lifting is just outside their comfort zone.

“Body Fit” is an expertly programmed class that is designed to use body weight movements and specialty equipment like kettle bells, resistance bands, jump boxes & medicine balls to improve personal fitness while building confidence and community. The classes are sure to build endurance, strength, agility and coordination without the strain or pressure of a standard CrossFit workout.

OPEN GYM

We offer Open Gym times from 3pm to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Athletes are encouraged to come in and work on strength, endurance or skills during this time. While a Coach is present during this time for limited instruction, the format is informal and self directed.

STONE FORGE BARBELL CLUB

The importance of strength in the real world can not be understated.  Movement pathways are developed and improved through repetition. We believe that by doing a daily WOD you will get better and stay fit, but it is only through increasing your work capacity that you can increase your fitness.

We are an official USAW BARBELL CLUB.

The Olympic series of lifts, specifically the Clean & Jerk and Snatch, are complex movements that engage a significant number of the fitness domains and require dedicated effort for improvement.  Through the use of power lifts, like Bench Press, Front/Back/Overhead Squats, Dead Lifts and Presses, we increase our strength and make the recruitment of muscles to accomplish a singular task easier.

Our BARBELL CLUB meets on Saturdays at 11:15 and Monday Wednesday evenings at 6pm for dedicated training focused on bar work.

The BARBELL CLUB is designed for all members, at all levels.  Come check us out!

This is our free community workout that is designed to build cooperation and provide an intense workout for our members and their guests! Movements range from barbell, gymnastic and cardio.

HERO WOD

CrossFit has long celebrated the commitment and sacrifice of our military, police and first responders. CrossFit chose to honor these men and women posthumously by dedicating a workout in their memory. The list has continued to expand and now includes very few everyday individuals who acted well beyond everyday expectations and lost their lives to save others.

While these WODs are often an arduous undertaking, we find the strength in one another and in the knowledge that we will honor these men and women.
